Our fitness classes offer a variety of difficulties for all levels. Each class is intentionally designed by our instructors to increase your strength and keep your heart pumping, while offering guidance to maintain safety and form.

Our personal trainers will guide you every step of the way in your fitness journey. We believe that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness, and our trainers take the time to understand your preferences and create customized programs specifically for you.

Our space is equipped with a teaching kitchen that can accommodate group workshops. This allows our instructors to hold classes on nutrition and preparing healthy well balanced meals. This kitchen also serves as a space to hold private events or host your next cooking class.

While we love to see you in the studio we know that sometimes that isn’t a part of your schedule. With our on-demand library of fitness classes, you can workout with us at your convenience. New videos are uploaded regularly!

We use a bioelectrical impedance scale called In Body H20 which measures:

Weight, Skeletal Muscle Mass, Body Fat Mass, BMI, Percent Body Fat, and Basal

Metabolic Rate.

What to expect

This test is best done over several occasions (we typically say every 2-3

months) to trend your measurements over time. Just one measurement is not

as helpful as multiple to assess progress. Each scan is approximately 15 minutes and includes the test as well as a discussion with one of our trainers to go over results and identify areas for improvement.

  • Founding Rebels and Unlimited memberships include one body composition testing per quarter.
