Rebel Wellness Culture

Culture is everything to us. Our space is meant to be safe and inclusive for all who come. As said in our name, we are rebelling against the typical wellness industry, which tends to feel exclusive and unapproachable.

Therefore, it is our top priority to welcome you each time as part of our Rebel family. Our goal is to be an ally for the community.

What equipment do I need?

We have a limited supply of yoga mats that clients can use on a first come, first served basis.

We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle (we have ice and water in the teaching kitchen!) and a yoga mat if you have one.

If you are attending any class other than yoga or fusion, we recommend wearing closed toed workout shoes.

What FITness levels can attend class?

At Rebel, most of our classes aim to accommodate all fitness levels. With that being said, we do recommend checking out our class descriptions page to learn more. Please note the distinction between Rebel Strength 1 & 2, as well as Rebel Mayhem which is not for those new to exercise.

What if I cannot pay for class?

We understand financial constraints can make group fitness and yoga difficult to access. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us privately to discuss your needs and concerns. To access a “pay what you can” spot for a class, please email us ahead of time at info@rebelsinwellness.com to let us know so we can arrange this.
