@ Rebel wellness
What it is
A 12-week, physician-led bone health Program designed to support bone strength & stability, balance, and mobility through evidence-based movement and education.
❋ Intentional Structure
This program is based on an intentional structure. Each month has a focus: Month 1 (Agility), Month 2 (Impact) and Month 3 (Mobility). Each week of the month will follow the E‑A‑I‑P Method: Educate → Activate → Integrate → Practice.
