At Rebel Wellness we offer a wide variety of classes. Our array of cardio and strength training classes are curated by our instructors to help you achieve your fitness goals while also providing you with a space to be a part of a community.

PERSONAL TRAINING

At Rebel Wellness we know that not everybody is comfortable in the kitchen. We offer plant-based cooking classes to help you incorporate more plants into your existing dietary pattern, to help you become more comfortable in the kitchen. We also know that teaching the “how” and the “why” behind nutrition recommendations enables you to make more sustainable changes in the long run.
