Rebecca is a dedicated yoga and fitness instructor who’s been inspiring others since 2017. With a 200-hour Power Yoga certification and a 50-hour Yoga Sculpt training under her belt, she brings a fun, high-energy vibe to every class. She’s passionate about making fitness both empowering and accessible, and her classes are designed to challenge you while leaving you feeling strong and energized.

Alongside her teaching, Rebecca is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Services Research at the University of Pittsburgh. Outside of the studio and research, she loves hiking, gardening, and traveling—always seeking new adventures and ways to connect with nature.
