Peer has been engrossed in the world of fitness for over a decade, but it wasn’t until going through Marine Corps boot camp that he realized the true value of not giving up, questioning one’s limits, and instilling that mindset in others.

While Peer’s personal goals are performance-oriented, his desire to achieve sustainable results for himself and his clients are first and foremost. He’s been around the block long enough to know people don’t stick to fad diets and crushing workouts. The best routine is the one you can stick to. Over the past five years, Peer has worked with people from all age groups and backgrounds, and delights in showing others what’s possible with a little consistency and self-belief. His mission is to empower people to grow beyond their presupposed limits, and to find joy in movement as he has, through years of experimentation and perseverance.
