Laura Gregory

yoga and fusion instructor

Laura returned to her hometown of Pittsburgh two years ago, starting on a new adventure in the city with her beloved pup, Chakra, while spending time with family and reconnecting with friends. Laura combines her passion for fashion, creativity, mindfulness, and fitness on her lifelong journey of discovery and growth. With nearly a decade of teaching experience and a deep love for mindful movement, Laura completed her 200-hour yoga training, along with her 50-hour yoga sculpt training, while living in Maryland. Now that she is back in her hometown, Laura stated teaching in Pittsburgh last year and is excited to connect with the local fitness community. Her teaching is approached with the belief that everyone is capable of achieving their goals, and she celebrates every achievement alongside her students. She thrives on creating diverse and inclusive classes designed to inspire strength, self-discovery, and embrace a sense of empowerment, regardless of experience level. Laura’s commitment to fostering connection — to breath, body, and community — shines through in every class she leads. Laura also stays very active in the community with her volunteer commitment to Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Pittsburgh and is a Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest alum for Cystic Fibrosis. “Let’s flow together, grow stronger, and explore the joy of movement—on and off the mat.”
